Cleaners
Cleaner Agreement
Last updated: 3 July 2026
1. Independent status
Cleaners and cleaning businesses using Tydie are independent service providers. Nothing in this agreement creates employment, worker status, partnership, agency or joint venture between Tydie and a cleaner.
2. Your listing
You must keep your profile, services, prices, availability, service areas and contact information accurate. Tydie may remove or edit listings that are misleading, unsafe, inactive or in breach of platform rules.
3. Insurance and compliance
You are responsible for holding suitable insurance, permissions, registrations, licences and tax arrangements for your business. You must comply with consumer, employment, health and safety, data protection and tax laws that apply to you.
4. Bookings
You must attend accepted bookings, provide services with reasonable care and skill, communicate professionally and tell the customer or Tydie promptly if there is a problem.
5. Payments and payouts
Payments may be collected through Tydie and processed by third-party payment providers. Tydie may deduct platform fees, booking fees, subscriptions, add-ons, refunds, chargebacks or other amounts owed before making payouts.
6. Customers and data
You may only use customer information to manage and provide the booked service. You must not misuse customer details, market to customers without permission, share customer data unnecessarily or move bookings off-platform to avoid fees.
7. Reviews and conduct
You must not manipulate reviews, pressure customers, post fake content, harass users or act in a way that damages trust in Tydie.
8. Suspension
Tydie may suspend or remove a cleaner account if there are safety concerns, repeated complaints, suspected fraud, chargebacks, poor conduct, legal risk or breach of these terms.
